VidFun is an easy-to-use, value-added Multimedia viewer/image utility.
It's multi-windows with flexible, pop-up Browser supports:

REQUIREMENTS:
Windows 95 (or Windows 3.1) and VBRUN300.DLL.
Browse for "VBRUN" to search online services, the Internet or BBSs.
OPTIONAL:
MCI Drivers for Win31:
a. Video for Windows (Search for "VFW" for availability)
b. WAV and MIDI (These come with your sound card)
MCI Drivers for Win31 and Win95:
c. FLI/FLC drivers (Search for "FLI", "AAPLAY" or "AAWIN" for availability)
d. Quicktime for Windows. (visit http://www.apple.com)
e. VMPEG v1.7 (or later); or MCI driver (w/ some MPEG-accelerator cards)
IMPORTANT:
Ensure that VBRUN300.DLL is in your \Windows\System directory before
running SETUP.EXE from Windows.
Diamond Stealth64 users with bios version "U" may experience video
driver-related problems; upgrade your Windows driver to 964133.EXE
(self-extracting file) or later from Diamond (CIS users can GO DMNDONLINE).

VidFun 1.6 Update
1. Added MultiPage DCX (Intel "PCX fax") read support.
2. Added Multipage TIF fax read support (CCITT, G3, G4,...).
3. Changed default 256-color viewing to error-diffusion (better)
4. Added ordered dithering (halftone) to all color reduction options.
5. Added MPEG support with complete slideshow integration.
6. Faster File Browser; retains previous highlighted file.
7. Added Refresh command to File Browser.
8. BUGFIX: Changing Quicktime MOV volume setting or video configuration
(eg., loop) sometimes reset speed to zero (stopped); corrected.
9. Misc minor bugfixes.
WHAT'S NEXT ?
Since registered users, are provide with a key (ie., S/N) valid for all
1.x versions, we intend to update frequently and 'at will'. With your
support, updates will include more multimedia devices/features and file
formats, exotic image processing techniques, scanning processes (eg.,
descreen)... and eventually full hypermedia authoring.
